Aircare Service is a Victorian based Company established in 2010, serving a wide range of Commercial, Industrial and Residential Property Managers as well as Private clients. Due to our substantial growth we have moved into new premises in Moorabbin Victoria and Slacks Creek Queensland where we provide Project Design, Installation and Service for all aspects of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical throughout Victoria, Queensland and now working on projects in NSW.

With our team of highly experienced install & service technicians we are well placed to cater for all size projects, from the initial phone call with one of our friendly office staff to project completion. Aircare Services pride ourselves in providing a prompt, professional and efficient service with same day response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all our contracted commercial clients.

Our team of qualified service technicians with, well equipped vehicles carrying a comprehensive range of essential parts and tools to help avoid return visits and minimize 'down time'. All Aircare staff are continually updated and trained in all aspects of OSH&E to ensure a safe working environment. Aircare work towards being a best practice employer and constantly look for ways to improve. All our employees hold ARC licenses and undergo Police and medical checks on a regular basis; training is on going with new products from manufacturers support.

Our Team is composed of highly qualified technicians with many years experience, assisted by our apprentices who undergo onsite training and formal study courses. Our aim is to provide a complete service solution in the field of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical with a policy of fast response times, friendly and professional conduct, fair pricing and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Our technicians are adept at carrying out a variety of tasks efficiently to comply with industry standards. Our senior technicians have years of experience on various High Rise Buildings. This includes Chilled Water Plant, Boiler Plant, VRV Systems, VRF Systems, VAV Systems, Water Treatment and Building Management Controls of various products. Always maintaining plant equipment to Australian Standards whilst complying with any Green House Australian Standard Procedures.

Aircare Services is a member of HIA / Work safe and all staff are HIA / Work safe White card trained , police cleared and have current Working With Children Check cards. All sub contractors have their own public liability, are police cleared, are HIA / Work safe White card registered and operate under our stringent guidelines to make sure you get the same quality assured work as produced by a Aircare Services employee.

The Directors Biography

The Aircare Services director Shane Stephens has come from a family background in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and now has over 20 years experience in the commercial and Industrial sectors of the industry. Shane has worked throughout Australia, whilst being trained by a leading Mechanical Services Company and Supermarket Refrigeration Company with all formal training being carried out in Sydney NSW. Shane has owned and operated a successful Mechanical services company in Victoria for 10 years previous to the establishment of Aircare Services in 2010.
